Player Consultation
About Paid Dues Consulting & My Experience
Paid Dues LLC is a basketball training company that offers consulting to athletes of all levels. We service boys and girls high school players, men and women college players, and professional athletes. Our main objective is to help players reach their professional goals and to provide the most accurate and updated information possible. I’ve spent the past decade learning from some of the best minds in the game and helping players from across the world accomplish their goals.

The landscape of basketball is drastically different today, than it was only five years ago. The rule changes, the NIL regulations and all of the misinformation can make decisions seem more difficult than they actually are. That is where we come in, to simplify, to explain, and to educate. We will help with breaking down game film, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and allowing you to explore your game with more clarity. We offer a membership package with virtual assistance that is dedicated to helping you accomplish your goals and maximizing your potential.

Krossover Intelligence Inc.
While in college, I served as a basketball film analyst with Krossover, this is when my love for breaking down film was birthed. Krossover was a company that specialized in sports film and data analytics. They served as a catalyst for coaches and helped prioritize data within the world of skill development. Before Synergy and Hudl existed, there was Krossover. This was my foundation to film breakdown and analytics. Watching so much film trained my eye to trends. I began to see the games within the games and more accurately identify personnel patterns.

Cornerstone Christian Academy (Cleveland, OH)
served as an assistant coach for CCA from 2015-2017, where we won the school’s first ever State Championship during the 2015-2016 season. My main responsibility was to work alongside Efehi Osa as the program’s player development coaches. Together, we made detailed plans for the roster and were able to build a successful skill development routine that uniquely fit into our offensive philosophy.

Impact Basketball Academy (Sarasota, FL)
I served as the post graduate head basketball coach and lead skills coach at Impact Academy in Sarasota, Florida. During the 2017-2018 season our Post Graduate team won 18 games and competed against some of the best Florida Post Graduate and JUCO teams. We were able to place 6 players into either JUCO or 4 year institutions, including UAB, Lee University, and Pfeiffer University. Impact had build a reputation for one of the leading basketball training facilities in all of the country. Working under Joe Abunassar and Matt Hiller, I was able to work closely with international standouts, future NBA draft picks, and NBA veterans. Impact was ahead of their time in player development and utilizing science based methods to build better athletes.

Wallace State Community College (Hanceville, AL)
I served as the assistant men’s basketball coach at Wallace State Community College during the 2018-2019 season. During that time I helped with the development of Region 22 Players of the Year, Demarcus Lampley (2019) & LaTrell Tate (2020). There were 5 players on that roster who are current professionals, including CJ Rollins, who I’ve continued a developmental relationship with into his professional career.

Colorado Christian University (Lakewood, CO)
During the 2021-2022 season I had the opportunity to serve as an assistant coach for the Colorado Christian University Cougars. My main responsibility was player development, specifically working closely with All RMAC guards, Ross Williams, DJ McDonald, and Andy Stafford. During my time at CCU I was fortunate enough to work alongside Chris Dendinger and under Liam Simmons who I learned a lot from.
