Hakeem is a former collegiate athlete who competed at Millersville University and Virginia University of Lynchburg. A lifelong learner and dedicated student of the game, he brings a unique blend of player‑relations expertise and data‑analytics insight to our program. His ability to connect with athletes while leveraging analytical tools gives our team a strategic advantage in today’s evolving basketball landscape.
Benjamin Moore
Basketball Operations Intern
Ben brings a strong blend of collegiate playing experience and high‑school coaching leadership to our program. He competed at Covenant College and Colorado Christian University before beginning his coaching career as the JV coach at Evergreen High School. In addition to his on‑court background, Ben has served as a Player Development Director, earning a reputation as a knowledgeable, dependable, and forward‑thinking leader in the basketball community. We’re excited to have Ben on board and look forward to the meaningful impact he will make with our athletes.
Jordan Hill
Sports Marketing Intern
Jordan is a sophomore at Kean University majoring in Marketing with a minor in Sport and Event Management. She's a driven young professional with a genuine passion for sports and athlete development, she brings fresh perspective and strong creative instincts to our team. Her understanding of the game, combined with her interest in marketing and event coordination, makes her a valuable asset as we continue growing Paid Dues Basketball. Jordan will play a key role in helping us elevate our brand, tell our story, and enhance the athlete experience.

Creative Content Intern
Joel Varone brings a rare blend of on‑court experience and creative vision to Paid Dues Basketball. A former player with a deep understanding of the game, Joel sees basketball through a unique lens—one that allows him to anticipate moments, capture emotion, and tell authentic stories rooted in the culture of hoops.
His versatility is one of his greatest strengths. Whether he’s filming, editing, strategizing content, or helping on the floor, Joel adapts seamlessly to whatever the game demands. He approaches every project with creativity, curiosity, and a player’s intuition, translating the rhythm and energy of basketball into compelling visuals.
