About Paid Dues Basketball:
Paid Dues Basketball hosts the Summer of Separation Camp, an elite off-season performance environment designed for international and domestic professional basketball players. Our mission is to create a space where athletes sharpen their skills, strengthen mental resilience, and build meaningful career connections. As we enter our third year, we are elevating the camp experience through enhanced media coverage and storytelling.
Role Overview:
The Video Creative/Content Manager will be responsible for capturing all basketball and camp-related content, creating compelling stories that showcase the essence of the Summer of Separation. This role includes producing in-camp content and post-camp recap materials for marketing and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video content of training sessions, games, and behind-the-scenes experiences.
- Develop creative storytelling pieces that highlight athlete journeys and camp culture.
- Produce and edit content for social media, YouTube, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Deliver post-camp highlight reels and recap videos for marketing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sports videography and content creation.
- Strong storytelling and editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with social media trends and video platforms.
- Professionalism and reliability throughout the camp duration.
